Ivan Wolff

One of RemoteReality’s founding investors and managing director of Venture Three, an early-stage venture capital firm, Mr. Wolff is a former marketing and business-development executive at such companies as Hughes Network Systems and M/A Com (a Tyco Electronics business).

He began his venture-capital career at Rothschild Ventures, where he was a managing director and partner, made investments in start-up telecommunications and other high-technology firms, served on their boards of directors, and helped direct the achievement of liquidity through sale, strategic alliances or public offerings.  

Prior to forming Venture Three, Mr. Wolff had experience directing project and program resources in the areas of high-speed digital communications, missile defense systems, and space surveillance and reconnaissance systems. 

He founded and, with his partners, sold BizTel to Teleport Communications (later acquired by AT&T).  

Mr. Wolff received a B.A. degree in physics from Cornell University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
