Mr. Peri has more than 15 years of experience in computer vision, image, speech and natural language processing, as well as architecting and delivering complex software systems. He was co-developer at Columbia University of the original omni-directional imaging technology from which RemoteReality emerged.
As RemoteReality’s CTO, Mr. Peri taps into his multidisciplinary background and applies his unique perspective to marrying realizable technology with real business needs. As vice president of research and development, he is responsible for all engineering and technology activities, relying on his experience not only in engineering and technology functions, but also in intellectual property management and information technology. He holds an M.S. in electrical engineering from Columbia University, New York, and a B.E. in computer engineering from the University of Pune, in Pune, India. He has authored several works on omni-directional imaging, including conference papers, book chapters and patents.
